About Me

Neurodivergent Perspective

I'm a writer, mental health advocate, and IT professional based in New York, with a neurodivergent mind. I've been writing about mental illness since before it was broadly accepted to do that — and working in tech for about as long, since it's one of my main hobbies.

I spent years figuring out what actually helps versus what just sounds good in a brochure. Hospital stays, medication adjustments, natural remedies, and therapy sessions — I've been through the whole cycle. Now I write about what worked, what didn't, and what I wish someone had told me sooner. The advocacy here isn't about being an expert --- it's about being honest.

Articles About My Experiences In Both Worlds

This site bridges those two worlds. I generally skip clickbait and too much generic advice. I write openly about the good days and the bad days. The mental health content covers living with my full range of experiences, including those with psychiatrists and therapists — all in an effort to reduce stigma. The tech content covers SEO, infrastructure, and tools that actually work in production.

You'll find coping strategies that actually worked for me, honest accounts of psychosis and hospitalization, and thoughts on why stigma still exists. On the tech side, there are notes on static sites, SEO experiments, and infrastructure that survived real traffic. Nothing here is sponsored or affiliate-driven — just what I've learned through trial and error.
