About Me

Writer, Builder, Advocate

I'm a writer, IT professional, and mental health advocate based in New York. I'm also neurodivergent. I write about technology, SEO, infrastructure, mental health, and neurodivergence from lived experience.

I spent years sorting out what helps from what sounds good. I've done hospital stays, medication, natural remedies, and therapy. I write about what worked, what didn't, and what I wish someone had told me sooner. The advocacy here is based on my experiences, opinions, and studies; it is not necessarily expert.

Articles from my experience in both worlds

This site bridges a few different worlds. I skip clickbait and too much generic advice. The tech content covers SEO, infrastructure, and tools that work in production. I also write about the good days and bad days of living with mental illness, including therapy, medication, and the ongoing work to reduce stigma.

On the tech side, there are notes on static sites, SEO experiments, and infrastructure that survived real traffic. You'll find coping strategies that worked for me, honest accounts of psychosis and hospitalization, and thoughts on why stigma still exists. Nothing here is sponsored or affiliate-driven. It is only what I've learned through trial and error.

This is my take on things: opinionated, honest, and sometimes blunt. It is not medical advice, professional mental health guidance, or a substitute for a qualified source. Use your own judgment.
